“Jewel-Osco is a supermarket chain in the Greater Chicago area, headquartered in Itasca, a western suburb. Jewel-Osco currently has 188 stores across northern, central, and western Illinois; eastern Iowa; and portions of northwest Indiana” (source).
They are a fully owned subsidiary of Albertsons! Which leads me to believe that what you find at Jewel-Osco is most likely also available at Albertsons!

My thoughts: I’ve tried the Strawberry one in the past and remember liking it. I’ve since moved to making my own ‘jam’ my mashing strawberries and spreading them on keto bread

My thoughts: This is my go to almond butter. I first tried them in the individual portions and it makes a great Keto to go snack. Really filling.

This one is shelf-stable and in the Pasta aisle

My thoughts: I’ve tried other brands of Shirataki and find them all to be equal to one another. Make sure to rinse well and heat up in boiling water to serve with your favorite pasta sauce like low carb Marinara or a Carbonara sauce. You can also add them to a stir fry to make them crunchier
RAO’s Homemade Sauce
5gr net carbs per serving of 1/2 cup / 125 gr
Varieties: Marinara is the lowest in carbs
Price: $8.99 for a 24oz jar - 5 servings
My thoughts: Good option for a lower carb tomato sauce. Aldi has a good one too. I personally no longer eat tomatoes to reduce even those carbs but if it fits your way of eating this is a great keto friendly option that is much lower in carbs than other tomato sauces
G Hughes Sugar Free Sauces
1-2gr net carb per serving of 2 Tbsp

My thoughts: I would recommended getting these when they are on sale to give them a try. In the microwave mine didn’t turn out too well so next time I would try it in the Air Fryer. Mission - Carb Balance Flour Tortillas
4 gr net carbs per serving of 1 tortilla - these are more on the Low Carb side of things
These are considered ‘dirty’ Keto as they use wheat flour
As an alternative to these you could also get lettuce for lettuce wraps or egg based wraps that tend to have 0 net carbs

My thoughts: When I started Keto these or similar ones from other brands were my go to. I do not taste a difference to ‘regular’ / carb heavy ones
Atkins - Frozen entrées
4-6gr net carbs - not all are Keto, some are Low carb like the Pizza that comes in at 11gr net carb
Varieties: Ham & Cheese Omelet, Crustless Chicken Pot Pie, Beef Merlot, Beef Teriyaki-Stir Fry, Chicken Margerita and more depending on stores

My thoughts: When I started eating Low Carb and Keto I bought this to help me figure out what is allowed and what isn’t and to make mealtime easier. I think for this they are perfect. If you’re new to Keto, try them! I used to really enjoy Beef Merlot and Chicken Margerita. The portions are on the smaller side.
Atkins - Shakes

My thoughts: I’m super impressed by this. The texture is just like non-Keto whipped topping and kind of a mix between ice cream and whipped cream. It is not as overly sweet as some of the non-keto versions and is great as is or for desserts. I used it as a filling and cover for a Bûche de noël also known as Yule Log and it was amazing. Really impressed. I can also see myself using it as an extra treat with strawberries.

My thoughts: I love Two Good for flavored yogurts. I always have some in my fridge and my favorites are Vanilla and Blueberry. I especially love eating them with Sola granola .
Rebel Ice Cream

My thoughts: This was my go to Keto ice cream for over a year and until I tried Enlightened. Now I’m partial to Enlightened. For all these ice creams I would microwave the pint for 30 seconds (after removing the lid and all foil) which makes it soft and creamy. Favorite Rebel flavors were Butter Pecan, Peanut Butter Fudge and Cookie Dough. I wasn’t overly impressed by Black Raspberry ( not fruity enough) and Salted Caramel ( could be more intense)

My thoughts: After being a HUGE Rebel fan for over a year I finally decided to try Enlightened and wow, was I missing out. Their Butter Pecan is to die for. So flavorful. Similar to Rebel, place the pint - without lid and wrap - in the microwave for 30 seconds to make it creamy and enjoy!
Enlightened - Keto Cheesecake

My thoughts: Love love love! There’s 2 small cheesecakes per box. Easy to thaw either in the microwave or on the counter. Great if you don’t feel like baking your own and to take with if you’re headed to a non-keto party to have dessert too.
